Pure Lipo Body Sculpting

PureLipo is an innovative, minimally invasive technique that sculpts and contours your body into a more sleek and desirable form by removing unwanted areas of excess fat from between the skin and muscle using a small tube or cannula. The Pure Lipo Body Sculpting technique provides significant advantages over traditional liposuction.  PureLipo is better than traditional liposuction because it doesn't require general anesthesia and doesn't create tunnels through the fat, excessive fat removal, dimpling the skin, creating ridges, and damaging the deep dermis.

The PureLipo™ procedure uses the tumescent technique. The technique involves the injection of large volumes of anesthetic fluid just underneath the skin where the fat (cells) lay. The fluid will make the area swollen, firm, and numb. The fat cells will be broken up and mixed with the fluid. The technique eliminates problems caused by general anesthesia and helps reduce the bleeding associated with traditional surgery. The tumescent technique makes the procedure harmless and less painful, with minimal post-procedural recovery time and superior cosmetic results.

What to expect

The procedure lasts approximately two to three hours. In addition to the tumescent anesthesia, you will be given oral medication. You will be awake, but relaxed during the procedure. Most patients feel slight pressure during the procedure. After the procedure, you will be swollen and will experience drainage of the tumescent fluid.  Most patients return to regular activities within 48 hours of treatment. You can expect to see results within 10 days.  We combine weekly synergy (40 min body massages) treatments for the following 10 weeks to further help with contouring of your body, reduction of swelling/ weight, and cellulite. You will see significant total body sculpturing within those 10 weeks and expect to see final results within 4 months.

What is local tumescent anesthesia?

The tumescent technique for local involves the injection of the large volumes of diluted local anesthetic fluid into the fat beneath the skin, causing the area to become swollen and firm. This technique eliminates the need for general anesthesia and also eliminated the bleeding associated with traditional surgery. The tumescent technique results in a procedure that is safe and less painful, with minimal post-procedural recovery time and superior cosmetic results.

How is PureLipo™ different than liposuction?

Liposuction is a surgical procedure that improves the contour of the body by removing excess fat deposits using a cannula attached to a suction pump, creating tunnels through the fat. Liposuction is more likely to create excessive fat removal, dimpling the skin, creating ridges, and damaging the deep dermis.

Is PureLipo™ permanent?

The body’s shape and contour following PureLipo™ is permanent for the most part. Fat cells that are removed by PureLipo™ do not grow back. As long as you do not gain excessive weight, the shape and contour is permanent. If you gain weight after PureLipo™, the figure will be a larger version of the new shape. Although one can expect some changes with aging, as long as there is no weight gain, the result is permanent.

How quickly can I see results?

Is PureLipo™ expensive?

PureLipo™ is an "office" procedure, which eliminates the high cost of general anesthesia and the use of an operating room. Therefore, it often costs thousands of dollars less than other forms of liposuction. While wholly dependent on the number of areas treated in a single session (most patients treat multiple areas), the average price is less than $5,000.
